Distance 1999 was held at Eikeli Videregående Skole in Bærum, Norway for the pc and amiga scene by Nocturnal. This was the third Distance party. There was room for about 350 people, but only about 50 attended. All the normal facilities were provided; party network, internet, separate sleeping area and movie room - and naturally around-the-clock party kiosk with food and coke. One person was arrested by the Police at the party for possession of illegal pornography. Demo competitions were held separated, while the 64k competition became merged due to the low amount of contributions.
