The Gubbdata parties, all organized by hedning in Lund, Sweden, started off as smaller meetings at hedning's workplace (Isterparty 2011 and 2010), and after a few years it grew to a full feathered demo party. The parties are invite only, and has no entrance fee at all until 2018 where a small entrance fee (50SEK) was introduces for finance the grill and some other stuff.
No Gubbdata 2014 was organised because hedning had a new baby daughter to take care of.
