You can activate a freefly mode (by pressing 'c'), to explore the grounds. Then the keys 't' (movement) and 'y' (rotation) activates those modes in cooperation with the mouse - while keeping its left button depressed.
The demo is full of references to the group's earlier demos - a.o. in the name of two of the rides (Sleepless is a previous demo, Triage is the name of their series of very successful demos on the c64, Our Darkness (printed on one of the rides) is another previous demo) and many signs around the fair grounds bear the name Smash.
It opens with a pretty bland options dialog, allowing to specify your graphics adapter and preferred resolution from 320x200 to 1600x1200. The suggested minimum system requirements are Pentium III 500mhz, with at least 128mb ram, and a graphics card of at least GeForce 2 MX caliber.
