This production needs minimum a 386 (80386) processor to run.
"Fake mode" color refers to a trick that allows the display of more than 256 colors on standard VGA. It works by splitting the image into 3 different rows, where each row represents a single color component. More information can be found over on mr sebe's blog
Production makes (possibly optional) use of the Gravis Ultrasound card.
