Cracker Journal 15 (july 1989) reported, "Chris of D-Tect was caught by the police. They found 400 disks and some swiss-addresses. Don't write longer to the PLK." This was followed up in Cracker Journal 16 (october 1989), where the report read "The proceeding against Chris of D-Tect was stopped."

Chris was asked to leave D-Tect at the end of december 1989 for reasons of inactivity.
