Not a BBS, but a "partyline"/ multi-voice-chatline allegedly operated by Kimble in late 1993 - early 1994.

A textfile from January 1994 accused him to operate the chatline for purely commercial purposes: if people called the chatline legally, he would earn money as the chatline's operator; if people called the chatline using illegal calling cards, he would even earn double the money - by selling people stolen calling cards and by getting the calls paid by AT&T. In a textfile reply, Kimble rather non-convincingly repudiated these claims, writing a.o. that he did not run the partyline, but only helped to promote it.
