The newspaper Helsingbords Dagblat reported on 20 March 1992 of a trial against the 45-year old sysop of Scandia BBS, which had been reported to the police by the Business Software Association. It is said to be the first such trial before a Swedish court. (Source: busted!.txt) It is not known which platform the BBS belonged to and what its scene connection was.
