"Dark Half has reamined about the same throughout this month. A UltraTech site, it carries in the bulk of the utilities to 604 consistently with an occasional game or so. The local message bases are slightly less than average in volume, and the UTNet inconsistently is down. Running LSD, it has plans to incorporate other nets soon. An excellent board for utilities/windows and other such softwares. This is probably the busiest of all the boards reviewed this month."¹
