Diana was a special long-distance service for data calls in 1990s Finland. Sysops and other service providers could apply for it, the callers used a special Diana area code in front of the phone number to get slightly cheaper rates. "9" designated long distance and the number(s) after 9 were the actual area code. E.g. to get to Tampere you dialed 931 but with diana 910231. Hämeenlinna 917 -> 910217.
