These are full cracks, downloadable, not cracktros per se... I don't see why you would add cracks to demozoo? In my world the should be deleted. Add intros only instead, as they are available separately on csdb?:

hedning: There is a difference in philosophy here, when you say intros "are available separately on csdb" - that usually refers only to one instance. We try to catalog every release, to differentiate information that changed over time and lore/trivia that was mentioned in just one, for instance. Sometimes several different pieces of music were used for different releases, or there were other changes that on CSDb were ignored or lumped into the single entry for a visual intro.

But it's a good point, this should go in our FAQ. I'll see if I can't make this into very clear text and put it in there this week.

Yeah. Because if you want to "preserve" every intro (with every unique scrolltext etc), you will need to add around 100.000 cracks, just for the C64. Then you have all the other platforms, and the legal problems that follows. The intros on c64 are mostly just variants of the same intro, of course, and on csdb that intro are linked to every crack that uses it, that way they are all available and just one instance of the intro will be ripped. But CSDb do have cracks, and Demozoo might not favor that, as far as I understand it.

G-Fellow: I've just fixed the text to something more neutral. Hope that's OK. I'm sorry that this stupid factoid was the only thing that was mentioned in your infobox - we admins often use the field to collect facts about sceners or group if we stumble on them in scrolltexts, mags, etc., so that they can form a comprehensive biography/history somewhen in the future. But in your case, it was really unfortunate. Sorry for that!
