When adding a Youtube link to a prod, the #fragment part of the URL is stripped.

I propose to keep this, so that if you link to a compo recording (which is nice, because it includes the audience reactions), the "#t=..." marker is stripped, so clicking on the link leads to the beginning of the compo, rather than jumping directly to the prod.

That's why you should use "?t=" instead of "#t=".
