I see you have Cerebral Lobectomy demo from Poseidon (1993) and I wanted to add some WinUAE settings needed to make it run correctly

- Kickstart 1.3
- In the Chipset menu select OCS and Cycle-exact (Full)
- In RAM menu set 1 MB Chip ram
