I saved the PNG as Amiga IFF with Paint Shop Pro 5 - went over to Amiga and Art Department Pro - Loaded IFF and saved it again as IFF (for real Amiga IFF ILBM) and it is at least identical to the PNG. Searched for an original IFF - Found nothing so far...

Release Date set to 1994-12-29 based on the Release of the Slideshow and the Images 'Shark' and 'Seaview' which appear there too.
