A dramatic motive, disturbing, and not really pleasant to look at.
That could've been a great picture with some super smooth gradients and dithering.
But the dithering is super coarse and chaotic, with a palette of, wait, what? 25 colors.
I don't get it...

Amazing picture.
In my opinion the coarse dithering fits especially well to the dramatic moment that's depicted here.
