Totally, IFF was absolutely right in this and visionary. I was refererring to the appropriation here as Amiga OCS/ECS: Pic looks differently then from the screenshot.
OCS-Values from file (OCS/ECS use the Hi-Nibble of the RGB-components): ["000","011","211","023","035","433","246","057","267","178","864","578","876","B98","EC9","EED"]
AGA-Values from file (correct colors): ["04080E","08121F","271D1B","07203A","0B3652","473D33","2F4F61","035575","2D6870","16718C","8D6542","507583","897662","BA9488","E5C89E","E8E2DA"]

Cool pic, but certainly not an OCS, but an AGA palette. Looks differently on OCS.
@bifat: made with modern tools, obviously, displayable on OCS.
The IFF file format had support for 24bit colors from day 1, talking about visionary !
