Apparently, this is a re-release.
Nearly 4 years before Scenus 1997, this same pic won the Revenge of Mr. Party 3 Graphics Compo in May 1993, in Sisak, Croatia.
Scandalous :)
In 1993, not a whole lot of people could find Croatia on the map, so I am not surprised the author wanted more exposure and recognition..
