Circe was an Argentina based international art group. According to CIRCE-01.NFO (Oct. 1997) the group was formed in 1997, in a time of general decline of the local scene, to gather the best Argentine digital artists. The founding members were Diamond Darrell, Arlequin and Groove (laten known as Truman Starr and Tupaj).
