In January 1992 members were COLDSTEEL, Venom, EIGHT BALL, TOXIC ROGUE, DAEOR, BLACKSTRIPE, EXTREME A.I., Mad Hatter, STALKER!, HARDWIRE, HANNIBLE LECTER, ACE DARK, THANATOS, TECHNOZOID, AUTO TEK, BIG MARIO and ACE.1

Mentioned in the March 1992 Acronyms article of MPI #3.

In an interview with Not! #4 Mad Fishmonger believes HATE disbanded after the Canadian president, Mad Hatter, left for ICE with several members following him. Other members re-formed as EPiC.

PreVueS #7 reported that HaTE was the result of a merge between FiSH and MAFiA.
