High-Tech was formed by Phoenix (later known as Flare) and Genetic, with Flare (code) as the main organizer. In addition, Jak T. Rip (aka JTR, gfx paperart) was also a member. The group died around 1997. Genetic joined Art Design, then became inactive. Flare is now in Padua.
