Formed in Germany in 1992.
Not related to other groups named Syndicate: The Syndicate related to Beasties Boys from c64/amiga scene, The Syndicate from the Atari scene, which was also active in 1992, The Syndicate modem trader group based out of The Netherlands, The Syndicate from UK active in 1996 or the homonymous PC warez groups.
Not having made any releases since 1996, this group is considered disbanded.
