F.I.L.A was a group of original suppliers, supplying games for cracking.

The name was the first letter of each members handle; Fireball, Izzy, Link, Axel.

They would also team up with New Kid as NEW KID & F.I.L.A releasing on consoles often with the filename: NK&F-XX.LHA.
