Magic was a Swedish-based Amiga demo group, active from 1991-1992. Members of the group later made tools and a game under the banner Magic Design, which is part of this profile. Not to be confused with all the other Amiga groups called Magic, based in United Kingdom, Denmark, Poland or Germany.
There might have been two different Magic groups in Sweden, since we see no recurring members between the original incarnation in 1991-1992 and the members in 1995 which was a much more bbs-oriented group. If we find conclusive evidence, we will separate the two.
The december 1991 demo Dawn of Magic listed Bluestar, Nexus, Phantom, Hidden and Omen as members.
A text file spread likely in january 1995 and featured on the disk that Bits 'n Pieces 34 came on, listed Spectral, TMD Design, Wingnut, Bubba, Mosquito, Dose, Charlie, Kelvin, Mike B, Unheard, Rapid, Dreamer, TBB, Jurk & Scroud as members.
