Abakus was an Amiga demo group.

The july 1988 release Indian Mission (German Version) announced the group as "A COOPERATION BETWEEN WARRIORS OF DARKNESS & THE WEST COAST CRACKERS", and went on to welcome "PAUL FROM ENGLAND IN OUR GROUP".

Turmoil, Warlock and Ride all left for Rare around september 1990. A Norwegian section was formed around september 1990 by Comico/ex Theatre and Circus of Power (group).
