Blasphemy is a Danish pc demo group, born in 1996. Their first release was the demo Zero Gravity, released at The Party 1996 in december of that year, finishing 13th in the competition.

The group released a LOT of product at Summer Encounter 97 in july; the demo Sense, the intro Beamed and the fast intro 6:00 AM. Unfortunately, none did very well in the competitions. It wasn't until their demo Mundai at The Party in december that the group got a good taste of success - the demo finished 2nd!

The demo Urknall at The Gathering 1998 in april was the group's first release at a party outside Denmark, finishing 6th in the competition. The year's second demo was the successful Lois Lane at Summer Encounter 1998, which finished 2nd. The year was finished off with the cooperation demo KKowboy together with Purple, which came 3rd at The Party 1998 in august.

The group's first winner demo came in july, with Moral Hard Candy at Summer Encounter 1999! It was also their only release this year.
