The Grand Council was an early pc cracking group, active at least in 1988 and 1989. They listed a lot of bbs'es in some of their releases, all within the 313 area code (Detroit, Michigan, USA).
In october 1988, members were Slippery Jim diGriz, General Zennor, Doctor Crobe, Crazy Sid Barret and Barc.1
