APeX is an international courier network that is a non-partisan organization designed to organize, distribute, and monitor the releases of files, including the releases of ANSI/VGA groups, and other groups such as trainer groups.

This network is NOT designed to replace the courier systems of the above mentioned groups but to distribute, organize, and monitor the releases of those organizations more efficiently.
