The song was created using a single sample which was the famous "I am not an atomic playboy" from Future Crew's famous Second Reality demo from 1993. It was allowed to use multiple instances of the sample and it was allowed to loop it. By setting extremely short loop points, tones were achieved. The impression of the voice saying "I am on fire" was achieved by triggering the sample at different offsets. If I recall correctly, the hardest part was to create a somewhat "believable" F-sound for the "Fire". The rest of the track was just all sorts of tracker/sample effects and fooling around during the 24 hour we had to create the track.
