Have a credited version of this tune, by Otton but no idea where it is from though?
Axxy: I found it easily through Modland, so maybe that's where you got that from. :P
Or, more likely, that's where Modland got it from (me). I was referring that the mod had no meta data to identify if the module was actually the compo release.
