Sommarhack is a small-scale event in Sweden that has been held every summer for the past sixteen years or so and is dedicated solely to Atari machines, from the humble VCS to the more exclusive Falcon and Jaguar. The releases from this year's edition are now available:

Árok is a long-running 8 bit retro computer meeting in Hungary. The latest edition took place on 14th-16th July and the results and releases are now available.

The second edition of the new kid on the block, Black Valley, took place near Lillestrøm, Norway on 14th-16th July. All the releases are now available for download.

This year's Edison, the computer arts festival / demoparty in Stockholm, Sweden, took place on 7th - 9th July. A good balance of oldschool and newschool productions were released and they are now all available to download.

The fifth edition of the Summer Polish 8-bit demoparty took place in Poland on 6th-9th July and the releases are now in. Once again, expect a lot of 8 bit delicacies!

Pågadata, the spiritual successor of Gubbdata, took place in Skåne, Sweden from 30th June to 2nd July 2023. Like its predecessor it was a strictly a venture for oldschool platforms.

The latest edition of Posadas took place in... Posadas (today I learned), Andalusia, Spain from 30th June to 2nd July 2023. As usual, it was an Amiga-only party attended by the crème de la crème of the Spanish Amiga scene.

The great British party Nova took place in Devon on 23rd-25th June. The results and releases are now available.

Earlier this month the the demoscene got accepted as Dutch national intangible cultural heritage. After Finland, Germany and Poland the Netherlands is the 4th country where the demoscene got this status.
