Mira 1999 was held at Complexo Mira Lago in Mira, Aveiro, Portugal. It was the second ever Portugese party. Compos were proposed for 4k, 64k, Demo, music competitions with max size of 20 kb and 440 kb, 2d and 3d graphics, and wild.
