From website, "It is a competition with judges who write reviews and rate all entries. Then, the reviews and scores are discussed if necessary. If not - I prepare a 'joint review' that includes important points from each review and the average from all ratings. The joint review is also to be approved by all reviewers (who rated the song) before it is completely ready."
