Unfortunately this was an unfinished cheat. Having looked at my (almost) 30 year old source code, it's the engine for the Elvira cheat but with added Ishar graphics. It won't open any Ishar saves because they are the wrong file size - it's looking for Elvira ones!
This is on my To Do list to replace with a fully working one.
