Both modules inside are converted to StarTrekker (FLT4) from their original NoiseTracker/ProTracker (M.K.) original formats. It appears like they are chosen at random.

This was a fun one to get depacked, but in the end a tool called X-TRACT v1.51 by Pablo Carboni was successful. It was protected with PROTECT! EXE/COM v5.0, and packed with PRO-PACK v2.08.
Only real fun is to depack things manually! :D
