I like the Obarski music cover a lot and I think the images have a nice style. And for the images, I don't think they are rough conversions, they do look hand-drawn and the scroller says so as well.
The only negative thing I can think of is that the lower border routine is not stable, so the bitplanes flips around now and then on a real STe.

Yes there is a problem with the low border routine.
