Must be a preview/beta version, as the header says "HIER KOMMT N GEILES LOGO HIN" ("Here will be a cool logo" in German). Also, some articles are just fillers and some menus don't work. Some of the content correspond with issue #11 of the magazine, which came out with the old textmode interface on 25 September 1996.
Year established as 1996 because the date for the next issue is named in the introduction as "Saturday 5th of October", which was the case in 1996. Also, an IRC log with timestamps from 1996 is cited.
