iCECOLOR disables the blink on your monitor. What does this mean? This means that you get 16 colors in the background as well as 16 colors in the
foreground.

Great news here for all the ansi artists around. And possibly a revolution for ANSi in general! Included in this iCEPACK is a file called "ICECOLOR.ZIP". This file includes a TSR which when oaded will let you use the high intensity colors (8-15) as background colors. This CAN be used with TheDraw to draw ansi's like this.
