This tag signifies a cracktro that is somehow embedded in the game file, and would need extraction before we could offer a download. Help wanted, get in touch on Discord or the forum! :)

This means this is only a patch file - typically in the formats IPS, APS, PPF or similar - to be applied to an image of a console game in order to crack it, add a pal/ntsc selector, or add a trainer. This means these do nothing without the actual game image, which we naturally can not provide. If you can help extracting just the cracktros from these releases, then come to the Demozoo discord and help preserve these in a way that can be archived and preserved.

A trainer offers one or more cheats like unlimited lives, invincibility, more ammo etc. Because this is done during runtime a trainer is not to be confused with a savegame editor.
