The cracktro and .nfo file indicate that the patch was designed for "The Breaked Block". However, after delving into some research, I couldn't find any game that bears this name. Nonetheless, I was able to extract the game serial number SLPS-02227 from the patch, which actually corresponds to the game titled "Simple 1500 Series Vol.014 - The Block Kuzushi".
