update: original found, dates from 15-Nov, named HYBRID.EXE. It was packed in HBDSCR01.ZIP/SCREAMER.001

This archive is not complete/correct at the moment. The executable comes from a collection of executables only so the filename might be wrong compared to the actual release. file_id.diz and .nfo are missing as well as the actual .zip name. The release year is based on the file date for now.
