It is unclear what type of patch this is as it is not mentioned in the cracktro. Perhaps Final Fantasy IX was released as an ISO by Kalisto, and they added the cracktro to the ISO. It doesn't seem to have a PAL/NTSC selector since the cracktro is lacking the typical instruction to press X for PAL and O for NTSC.
