Check Mate (English) PAL/NTSC Selector by Static

I have added the "wrong-content" tag because the "stc-cmpn.ppf" patch includes the string "CheckMate Pal NTsc Selector STATiC" in the .ppf description area. Additionally, it contains the game serial number "SLES_02917", which does indeed correspond to the game "Checkmate". However, the cracktro embedded within the .ppf file displays "Card Shark" as the title instead.

Mostly warez releases that came packed with a cracktro for a different release than stated in the .nfo/.diz or vice versa. This excludes obvious typos. For those the tag typo is reserved.

This also applies to non warez releases if there are e.g. wrong .nfo/.diz inside the archive.
