StarBlaster published by Piccadilly Software from New Jersey has a (c) 1981. However, it was advertised in Softalk May 1982, announced by Softalk in June, and reviewed in Creative Computing's August issue. So this crack and intro is likely from the second-half of 1982.

Defacto2 credits this as a candidate for one of the first cracktros.

The original disks were re-cracked by 4AM in 2015, revealing a game title screen that was removed by Mr. Xerox.
