Picnic Paranoia from Synapse, Mobygames states this game was released for Atari and Apple in 1982. However, I cannot find any press for the Apple II, only announcements for the Atari game that date to 1983. Creative Computing Oct 1983 have a review the game stating it is out for both Apple and Atari.
