This is a confusing release. The game is The Dam Busters by Sydney Development Corp, not to be confused with the other games named "Dambusters".

The Apple II release was published in 1985 by Accolade.

There's no mention of Squadron 617 in the game media or the original game, so it must be related to the Scene. However, it was the name of the IRL WW2-era airforce squad who conducted the campaign.
