Yahtzee by Apple Computer Inc.

There's no information or images of this game in its original packaging. However, Apple did publish games in the 1970s and in 1978, games would have been distributed on cassette tape.

The Internet Archive metadata offers [cr] implying a crack. Some software on cassette tapes did have forms of copy protections. Or maybe the [cr] is due to the yahtzee - for the moose hack that probably was added by someone who converted the game from cassette tape to Apple DOS 3.3, which first appeared in August 1980.
