Gods is a 1991 video game by The Bitmap Brothers. The game was first made for Amiga and Atari ST computers and then ported to the DOS, Acorn Archimedes, PC98, Mega Drive/Genesis and Super NES. More information on Wikipedia.

A trainer offers one or more cheats like unlimited lives, invincibility, more ammo etc. Because this is done during runtime a trainer is not to be confused with a savegame editor.
