HitMod is a tool for playing MOD music files on the Sony Playstation 1 (PSX), developed by Silpheed/Hitmen. It can be downloaded from the Tools part of the Hitmen homepage.
Source code (or a link to it) is included in the archive or on the production page. Note this doesn't necessarily mean the production is free software (FOSS).
