Apple Rebel was active on the Apple II Scene and also the author of the Proving Grounds named Apple Scene boards.

Time passed and more time passed. I found out that Darc Deathe had a copy of the Old Curse and gave it to Apple Rebel who rewrote it and made it into Proving Grounds. Apple Rebel started to sell his bbs software for about $100.00.
