You can't, demozoo does not offer webspace. But you can upload it to e.g. any free filehoster or dropbox and post the link here in this thread and we'll take care of it :)

Or you can upload it to scene.org :)

Hi! Different guy, same situation: while going through old shareware/PD CD-ROMs, I found some scene-related material. Most of it is already on scene.org, except one file. It's a version of "3940" by Flatline that differs slightly from the ones on scene.org (https://files.scene.org/view/mirrors/hornet/demos/1994/0-9/3940.zip and https://files.scene.org/view/parties/1994/assembly94/in4k/3940.zip) The scroller at the start of the intro has an additional line of text (yeah, I know...).
