The .nfo specifies 07/10/2001 (July 10th, 2001) as release date. However, the Europe Racer was released on August 31st, 2001 (after the date specified in the nfo). The "Last Modified" timestamp of the .nfo file is September 10th, 2001, which I believe is the correct release date of the patch.
